OK, back with some pics. This is my take on the carry all with a limited budget and goofing up and not buying enough lumber. Works really well -- think I will need sides to carry certain things. My tractor REALLY needs stabilizers to keep the carry all (or any other attachment) locked in the middle of the tractor. As of right now it swings to the left and right somewhat.
Beginning -- I'm not KVR and need to lay everything out.
Kids posing with the carry all...
It was raining so I decided to build it on the front porch. Luckily the porch isn't too high... so I hoped I could lift it off of the porch with the tractor. All of the treated wood was soaking wet and FROZEN solid with ice. This things weighs a lot.
Lifting with the tractor.
Loaded up with split rail fence for installation tomorrow.
A picture of the back of the tractor. I added 2 PVC tool holders and a set of hooks to keep chains from flying around.
I plan to add a removable shelf for holding tools and a tow hitch for hauling around the trailer, a log splitter, etc.

KVR -- she would love it if I gave her a real sword.
P.S. the tractor looks sweet and all but would NOT start on Sunday. I had to relocate all of my fencing materials to my crappy Harbor Freight trailer and hook it up to my economy car. This thing is a POS.
rinkus... here you go. I bought mine from a local tractor place for $100 but TSC carries them for $129.99. Cost me an extra ~$100 for wood, bolts, and other parts.

Thanks, I think I will. I like that it is like a flat bed for carrying long objects horizontally but want sides for carrying smaller stuff. Hitting the wrong bump could send everything flying.
EDIT: I also need to buy some metal brackets that will allow me to "hang" a wooden box at the top of the carry all. Would allow me to carry my chainsaw, fuel, etc. above any wood stacked on the box. I could also remove the box if I was carrying large loads.

Update on the carry all. Still working well and I installed a simple hitch ball for pulling my trailer. We cleaned out a bunch of brush and stump from around our house that were piled up during the build. The carry all worked well and allowed me to pull the trailer, carry equipment, push stumps around, etc.
Wish I was sleeping. It sucked moving all of that stuff around.
This pile is going to go up like the Fourth of July when I touch a match to it.
