Not at all. The span on them is 3.5 ft. Less than the lumber span calls for. Will have 3/4 inch tongue and groove sub

flooring on top. I have walked on this before I went with it. Super solid with no give. The 2x4,s are on 16 centers as well. Im very comfortable with this setup. As I said the 2x4,s are spanning less than 4 ft which is the span allowable by span table. We actually have overkill in a sense.

We had an awesome rain yesterday and have over a foot of water in the pond. I cant wait to go over there tomorrow and see how much more is in there.

It will fill naturally. I am headed there shortly to start putting up the metal siding on the house, and will take more pics to post later of pond and house.
