Ha, not yet. Still mulling it over. I would lowball the shit out of it and cross my fingers. Gonna call my mortgage guy to see if we can get creative with financing.

Which one looks like a money pit?

We decided to stay in our current place for another year. I hate to do that because interest rates will be higher 1 yr from now and prices will prob go up as well.
