I'm looking at a cabin with some pretty good upside in Maine. Its way up there though, in Prentiss. What are your thoughts on this? I'm thinking with that low of a purchase price and with what appears to be some cosmetic work, i may keep it as a vacation spot or possibly flip it as a year round hunting camp/vacation spot.
