To me it's kind of like a cross between a hibachi place, a mongolian grill place, and a fondue (except a grill instead).

You ever eat fondue? Its gooooooooooooood!

 

That table needs to be round so you can rotate the grill area. Tending the fire must be extremely awkward. And the legs under the table are as close to the fire as the meat grill. Was this table designed for the Donner Party?

You can see 4 handles. I'd say the top grill is completely removable... and an extremely awkward manner of tending the fire. I think they want you to loose your balance and fall in. Or at least to cook your legs. Did you check the last name of the designer? Is it Donner? Does he offer a "free at home demo"? Does it come with a free cookbook titled "How to serve Man"?
