not sure if I would be comfortable with that framing with our snow load up here, would be good in a warmer area though
We just had the Amish build basically that same thing out back of the house. At that size, it's legal to build it on large blocks on top of the ground, which is what they did. We may want to move it later so it fit the plans. I don't normally get your snow load here so no issue there. It's currently being fitted as my canning/dairy kitchen.
