Ooooh I like it! We don't have gutters on the one side of the house, and my mother keeps talking about how she wishes we had another tank on that side so we could gravity feed the garden. Maybe I can convince her to try something like this, since it would be much cheaper than an expensive tank. With some small modification to the plans it could probably be built to fill 55 gallon plastic drums, which would work pretty well for what she wants to do. If it rains this evening I just might have to take a peek at that side of the house and see where most of the runoff comes down.
