I wanted to share this web site that features the most AMAZING GAL. As a single mother of 2 kids, working full time as a waitress, she managed to build her own fabulous log home. Not a kit but from cutting the actual logs, hauling them etc. And this is a mighty 'midget' of a 5'+ gal. The story continues with how after this house BURNT DOWN, she dried her tears, and REBUILT it. Dorothy hasn't sat still since then, she continues to work with her favorite media - wood - and has added several additional structures to her property. At age 70+ she is finishing up RE-building a shop(cabin) that was - horrors! - burnt down by a person using it this last year.

For those that think they 'can't DO' - think of Dorothy who didn't let that stop her!
