I am sure a few stumbles would be had down the ladder until you adjusted.
KVR, I like the place but it is too expensive for me. I want to be able to buy outright, or very close to it so I can keep my monthly expenses as low as possible. I do really like the design, so it is good for ideas. I like looking all over that area as there is some really nice stuff out there, I am basically window shopping at this price point.

Wow, that place looks fantastic. KE, I can't imagine you'll find anything more perfect than that on the market; place sure it pretty.

2 bed + den, 1.5 baths, 110% awesome. Single level. Baths and kitchen close to keep runs short, masonry stove for heat/mass, open kitchen/living area. Mass in floors and some walls as well. Sweet outdoor living space off the kitchen. I am having trouble working the mechanical room in, it is giving me fits! I have a super simple/clean/easy design with no mech room, but working that in complicates things.
Once I get closer and am happier with it I'll post up my rough drawings.
