Hey everyone, I have two big projects coming up and wanted to see if anyone had any experience:
1) Window trim around corrugated (or other metal) siding. I'm worried about cutting massive sheets of corrugated perfectly so that they fit under the j trim that comes on a standard vinyl window and thus I want some room to play with. Maybe not the standard 1x4 but you get the idea
2) Replacing windows on a house with vinyl siding. I prefer to use new construction windows because I feel like they give a better seal but I can't think of how, shy of replacing the vinyl siding, trying a "peal back" approach and risking damage, or doing a large cutout and running 1x4 trim.
Thank you!

I would probably go with the 1x4 trim
I did vinyl 1x4 on my old house and it turned out great. For exterior, you'll want to do a butt & pass rather than 45 degree miters, as B & P sheds water better.
