i was out of the country for work since the 8th. will continue on this this week.

I made a ladder at one end (not pretty, you can see on picture), I like these steps/shelves alot though

yeah, with the plywood you have on the end with the ladder, you could build them right there pretty easy, also, as a side note, it looks like laminate flooring in there, have you thought about putting anything under each corner to protect the floor? it would suck when you move out that your security deposit got held if the corners messed up the floor at all. Do you have room for your urban garden at this new place?

i thought about putting some rubber padding under it yes, good point.

I have a small yard in the back, i will be able to have an equivalent garder next summer.
