Well, @bvr68 made it through his second heart attack, stress and lifestyle is killing him. We need some help in our business so I offered to pay him close to what he is making now and he can live in our old house which has been sitting vacant for 6 months until his house in Pa sells. Hopefully he will be up here soon.
