Mine's about 95% done. I have to shingle the roof, but all the painting is finished. I put locks on the door and the egg drawer. I also made one side a large access door so that I can get in. Inside, I have a beam across the top to hang a water bucket and feeder, but I'm thinking about maybe running pvc with chicken nipples similar to that thread you posted last year. I also want to mount a WiFi camera in there so I can keep an eye on them when we go to down to Virginia for a few days.
