On the complete opposite side of the property. I want to build near the north property line, the springs are across the valley near the south property line.

When I was at the property yesterday, I passed 2 of the springs. They were flowing much stronger than I have ever seen them run. The stream had also grown a lot. To state the obvious, it had rained again in between visits to the property.
