Came across this and found it of interest. Not sure the pricing but it seems like a feasible option. Curious how they would hold up to repeated thermal cycling.

I saw this too. I thought it was a pretty good idea, and at least a net positive thing to do with all of the plastic garbage that's floating around out there.

I know that it can happen with vinyl. Really depends on what plastics your recycling. Could probably minimize the potential by painting it a light color or putting some rigid foam up.
