If the planets line up right we are buying some old family land that was sold out of the family some years ago. We're planning to build something similar. It will have to be pretty good size because half will be living quarters and half will be garage/barn. We're thinking 60x40 or something close to that. Our single adult son lives with us (when he's home, he works out of town alot) and when our daughter died almost three years ago we are raising our 13 year old grandson, so we gonna need some breathing room. lol

impressive. @ around the 6 minute mark, when they show the breakfast bar- the look of wood & corrugated tin is simalar to what I am going to do in my kitchen. it will go around a corner to designate the eating area.
