Hey guys you may have figured our by now that I like to shoot. Well I had to repair my old target stand so I thought I would build a new and show it off.
It can be moved anywhere and stored in minimum space when not in use. Depending on how short you trim the legs you can adjust the height to what ever you want. Total cost for the project $7
I can up load a PDF or JPG of the directions if anyone is interested.
You will need:
10 wood screws
2 2"x2"x8'boards
1 2"x4"x8 board
On the 2x2 boards, cut a 16 1/2" piece off of each one. Drill a pilot hole on the long pole at the top and 30 1/2" down. Screw the short pieces to the long.
Trim the legs to the desired height.
For the base, take the 2x4 and cut it. 2 pieces at 19" and 2 pieces at 29"
Place the 19" pieces in the center of the legs with enough space between them to allow the target to fit and secure them together.
Grab your target, in this case a IDPA cardboard target.
Staple it to the frame.
Now get out and shoot.
