initial runoff fills the barrel, once that is full a float valve shuts and diverts to cistern, once that fills it goes to the overflow, I have to copy this on a smaller scale

porkchops-i live in lansing. which probably means you live somewhere near newaygo? one of my favorite fishing spots, there at the tippy dam.
