First time I have seen someone use a refrigerated unit, make sense with the built in insulation, plus I like the look of the stainless steel walls

$1800? containers cost $3500 around here and they are Not insulated, Not stainless, those cost more

I think it was so cheap because it was damaged and they are close to the oakland port
