lol, this is the design I want to build, I want to build a small one to run my pond water through. See if I can get a 12 volt pump to run off solar power to pump the water up to it and filter it back into the pond, don't know if it will work but it has been on my shrinking to do list the last few years. I basically want to build a cement block cistern using surface bonding cement. It was originally designed by the army corp of engineers for water tower construction so it is the perfect thing for me to use imo. I have a ton of experience applying it
