Beautiful work. I don't know where you have time to make those as a hobby and it would seem difficult to do it full time from a financial standpoint. Maybe we'll see it pop up at the community college?

agreed, one of our members here does it as a full time job now though, he has been doing it for a couple years

not sure how long it takes him to produce a knife but he is usually backordered three months out, his custom knives are more than the production models

You would think so and I don't know how much alto makes with his but they are awesome.  I have bought four from him and would like to get some more.  I know he must do okay because he only takes so many orders at a time and if you want something you may have to wait a bit.  Absolutely amazing work though.

yeah, I have several as well, I believe his wait time is usually 3-4 months, this guy has a wait list of 18 months
