We are looking into these as well. Weighing the pros, and cons though. We have noticed that the pour in place tops are not as nice for some reason, but would be more practical for me since I work alone for the most part.

I've seen some really nice examples of pour in place where they inlay sea shells, etc into the mix, I have a book on them somewhere, I'll have to look for it
