Yeah, I was wondering how long it would take for someone to make a quality one. There's no reason that "living small" can't be well done.

Yeah I remember that one, seemed a little lavish without really delivering. For some reason this one seems more utilitarian: simple yet useful. Framing is much more straightforward than the 100k model. There are more "add-ons" that you could hold off on until you have the dough too.
