This is interesting...it's over in England...I think the guy was trying to screw the system all along...but he has an interesting point.

I agree K,  I have a problem with him being sleazy about it all.  Let the home stay and give him a personal fine or something.  Imagine being the poor guy who bought the house in good faith (maybe this guy sold it to his cousin to 'protect' himself).

Yeah, I wonder how that works into it. He sold it but is still a tenant there, wonder if title insurance would cover that.

Not sure...Great Brittan Law...I think they are worse off than us.  I wonder if he built a 'regular' home vs a small castle if they would give him such a hard time.  I would think he ticked off the local gov't pretty good.
