nope you use a stand to fill the bag in place and fold the seam and lay it down and compact

ahh, thought i would have to lug them around. filling them in place would be a lot easier.

for some reason, I'm shying away from this project. TRhe costs are low but my back probably wouldn't hold up to lifting all those heavy bags.
