I'd be curious to hear the owner's motivation for having it built/building it.  It seems to go against some of the basic premises of the tiny home movement-affordability, simplicity.  To me it seems wasteful to spend that much per square foot when you could build a larger house for cheaper.

My impression of the tiny house movement is successful people who want to simplify, or young people who want to build on the cheap without a mortgage, not people who want to build the most lavish house they can on a trailer chassis.  Maybe I'm wrong and this company is selling these like hotcakes.

your impression is pretty much spot on, would be interesting to know how many they actually sell
