thats what I was thinking, I guess from a triage perspective excessive bleeding would be primary with infections being secondary, I just think of the spray foam in a can stuff and what a pain it is to clean up. It does say the foam can be removed in one minute by a surgeon in a single block though with no adhering to tissue
