I understand this PDF is from the ATA and there is a reason they made this. But with just in time inventory systems used by most companies now, one little bump can create a whole mess. What's your guys thoughts

Only the largest cities in my state with large public works departments have their own stores of fuel to supply police, fire, ambulance and sanitation. I suspect that wont last long. My county jail also works off the just in time delivery system for food and medication for inmates. All sheriffs offices and smaller municipal agencies here count on the same commercial fuel pumps everyone else does to fuel emergency response vehicles. The state police have one pump in the capitol and everyone else is also dependant commercial pumps too. In the past on a busy day in zone patrol I have filled Vicky up three times.
Not to mention with even a hint of heavy snow in the forecast and you can count on all the local grocery stores get stripped bare in an afternoon. I think word of transportation interruptions would push the general public over the edge.
If the trucks stop rolling I believe we are 72 to 96 hours away from the SHTF.
