In the following video, the gardener being interviewed wraps the chickenwire with sod (after stuffing and shaping with compost) to form interesting shapes in a formal English garden.  One of them was a bench that looked pretty cool.

I can't find the bench using the preview function, but he makes a box of sorts starting at 23:25.  I don't know if I can bring myself to watch the whole hour again just to find the bench.Cry
