Been thinking of experimenting with it right now since winter is technically still here, sow in milk jugs, just set them on the north side of the house to protect from wind, and let nature take it's course

I direct sowed some Kale a little late last fall and it overwintered and is just coming up now.

reading some on that link, some people say they winter sow everything except for tomatoes

Spinach, collards and kale hVe been fairly consistent. This year so far only spinach made it. this winter just did things in
