We are thinking about trying to tap our maples next year.

exact same as maple, just a 100 to 1 ratio for sap to syrup versus 30 to 1 for maple, I'm just going to try and get a gallon of sap and do a small batch

naw, with the snow yesterday and not being able to find my batteries for my cordless drill, it was a fail, hope to find it today
