seems like that what we are going to end up with this year, was going over my copy of the winter harvest handbook and this is some recommended plants to carry over the winter, what would you add?

Brussels Sprouts

radish

broccoli

Cabbages

rutabaga

cauliflower

turnip

Kale

kohlrabi (stem)

Mustards

Chenopodiaceae

Chard (Swiss)

beets

Spinach

Lettuce

Endive

Escarole

Leeks

Onions

Scallions

Parsley

Carrots

Parsnips

I'm still going to plant some peas, beans and zucchinni and summer squash, should be able to get some yet

I wanted to have my fall/winter stuff planted already, but I'll try to get it in the ground this weekend.

Doing Lettuce, kale, broccholi, spinach, turnips, carrots.
