I have my rhubarb, horseradish and asparagus growing well, think of adding some sunchokes and a mushroom patch, anyone tried starting a mushroom patch?

We are thinking about trying some mushrooms. I want more asparagus, and I'm going to reclaim my walking onions that got neglected last year. I should be able to divide the Jerusalem artichokes.

We're also going to split up our horseradish and move some of the rhisomes around to get a few more patches growing. I like horseradish :D

Comfrey, fennel and yarrow. Plants that will help provide habitat for beneficial insects and improve the soil
