you guys got hit pretty bad by the drought last year didn't you, anyone seen predictions for this summer?

we have already had more rain this month (michigan) than all of last spring. the whole west side of the state is under water. i've found my house foundation has some small leaks in three places. looks like i'll be installing french drains and grading one side of the house, and getting under the front porch to see what's causing water to collect. (i'm baffled) the farmer's almanac calls for mild temperatures and moderate rain through june. i haven't bought a copy to see what the rest of the summer looks like.

the joys of home ownership, stuff like that can be frustrating as hell, we bought a house once in the summer that we were remodeling, didn't find out till the following spring during snow melt that all the surrounding fields drained right into our basement, at least we had a indoor pool though
