I came across this permaculture pdf but it's in french? Is there any programs that will translate it?

Save the PDF file.

Go to translate.google.com then choose to "translate a document", as the picture below shows you (I highlighted it). Hit translate. It wont carry the pics over though.

Then just copy and paste into a word document if you want.

if it wasnt 20 pages longs i'd offer to do it. But i got other crap to do lol

If you do it with google translate and there's a sentence that comes out weird, i can take a look at it for you though
