Its not hard to end up with a collection of recipes and messy file for same. After years of trying different ways to keep recipes, I found that a cheap binder works best. I have created a Recipe folder on my computer where I can custom layout and add notes for recipes that I use. I then print these, 3 hole punch the paper and place them alphabetically in a binder (section tabs help easier locating). If I want to make a note about an adjustment to ingredients or cooking procedure, I can then write that right on the paper for updating next time I'm on the computer. Not only can I make use of different fonts and letter sizing, but colors also help to highlight ingredients or special notes about mixing or cooking. The binder I bought has a clear plastic cover that one can insert the picture of your choice to further personalize YOUR recipe book .
My personal motto - The Home, a peace worth fighting for.
