I have only been freezing so far this year. I just don't have much time and although it takes more energy in the long run, it is easier for me now.

if put up enough greens for the winter. It was something I really missed last year. Although the mushrooms have not been as prolific I have managed to freeze enough to have them at least once a week.

ive been trading for goat milk and enjoying making farmers cheese. My last batch was lime with basil and dill.
