I was at a concert at the Olympic park this past Friday when i saw that they had put a collective garden in containers.

Some social groups planted vedgies and herbs in containers and people could go and garden and eat some and also used as an educationnal tool. Pretty good idea considering that the neighborhood around it is one of the poorest on the island.

that's awesome, good to see more and more of that, I think seattle planted a food garden in one of their parks for the public
