Trying my hand for the first time at making Elderberry wine. Anyone experienced at making this kind of home brew?

never tried elderberry, we have made blackberry, strawberry, pineapple, pear and a few others, I have this book which has a ton of recipes, some are pretty off the wall but we have had good success with all the ones we have tried, elderberry is on page 12 I believe

interested to see how it comes out

a couple batches I need to bottle, pear and strawberry, they are almost 3 years old. Pear is awesome.
