I'm going to work on more perennial foods.

a chicken house  with a contained run in for when I have to be gone several days.

i basically am going to start from scratch. I'm gone too much to have any animals other than chickens right now.

im hoping to establish some business with wild foods to resturaunts.

im just starting to really look into it. Some of them are things like ramps and the other wild foods that I collect, but I want to do some concentrated plantings.

Also things like walking onions, elephant garlic, which if you let it alone will clump and although it really isn't a perennial, it can be developed into a perpetual.

i also have some things that I am going to keep in containers and bring in in the winter like peppers, maybe an okra, tomato.

i have an edible hibiscus that was given to me and an edible elephant ear, both of which will need to be inside for the winter.

so we shall see.
