Growing up grandma's strawberry freezer jam was all the jam/jelly we ever had. I was an adult before I ever learned that you could can jelly instead of freezing.

When we made our blackberry jelly the original plan was for freezer jelly but after the episode we had last summer (we went a couple of days without power and I had to run a generator to save the food in the freezer) I am trying to clean my freezer out and can anything I am able to.

Grandma used to make homemade applesauce and freeze it as well. Talk about tasty!
