Here is where I am currently. Built a temporary PVC Green House cost ~$70.00. Built a water trough for 6 5 gallon containers cost ~$10.00 (already had the parts on hand). Obtained ~50 5gal buckets cost Free.
and the compost tumbler is a 55gal food grade barrel cost is ~$40.

I am happy with the results of the water trough It keeps moisture in the buckets that sit on top of it. It does this via a hold drilled into the bottom of the bucket. A net cup is seated into that hole and tightly packed with soil. This allows the water to 'wick' up into the bucket when the soil start to dry out.
