My gf's grand-mother is sick and her grand-father now need to do the cooking. Like many man of his generation, he doesn't know how to do much in the kitchen.

I thought we could prepare them some food and freeze them in single portions and give it to them to help them a bit.

What are good meals that do well in the freezer?

Very sorry to hear that Sim, here are a ton of freezer recipes that you can downsize if needed, he can just dump them into a crockpot

NP, we had a bunch of threads on building dump meals for the crockpot over the years, I searched for them but all the links to the recipes were dead
