Anybody know of any good websites that they have experience with ordering meat? I want to try several different types of meat before I decide on which animals to raise for butchering.

I want to order some rabbit meat so I can try it to make sure I like it before I try raising them. I'd also like to order some venison so my wife can try it. SHe's never had it and I havent gone hunting in years. I'd hate to stock up my freezer with a few deer if she doesnt like it.

Anybody have suggestions on unusual/unique meats we could try?

check a local meat processor, they would be able to direct you to any local wild game farms, you'd surprised sometimes hunters don't pick up their meat and they will just charge you the processing fee for it

Obviously you are not going to start raising elk right off the bat, but you need to taste it if you haven't. Fantastic.
