so I was bored yesterday and decided to pull some of our pork chops and bacon from our pigs
my god this other white meat!
so I layered them with bacon
and drizzled honey over the bacon
and pulled out the secret ingredient, beer!
after pouring the beer over the chops, I stuck it in the wood stove
I sliced up some taters
and crumbled up some left over chorizo on top
threw on some peppers and onions
and some butter
and threw that into the oven
a couple hours later, it was done
man it was good
