We have been talking about a drip system for the garden, so we might put one in place. I'd like to use some kind of flexible hose if possible, but something along these lines may work as well.

ah a soaker hose, do those need to be under pressure to work properly?

I've never had success attaching a soaker hose to the rainbarrels. Even though it's downhill to my garden, there's still not enough pressure. I might try this with the PVC, it should work a little better.
