I love burgers but hate the amount of bread in most buns, came across this the other day
Been experimenting with it the last couple days with different ingredients, think I might add it to the menu

pretty good so far, the one in the picture was an exact copy of the vid, wasn't a fan of the salsa in it, made one with ranch, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and pepperjack cheese, that was pretty good. Made one with Lettuce, tomatoes, chipotle mayo, bacon and american, that was probably my favorite so far.
Going to try a blackened one with a-1 mayo, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Monterey Jack today.

there isn't really much less carbs in the tortillas than in a burger bun. Burger bun just has more air in it.

That does look good. We went straight to lettuce for buns; it works but not as satisfying.

true, should be able to get some low carb tortillas to try with
