got a burger going with some seasoning on it, didn't have any blackening but this is 50 percent salt, 25 percent garlic and 25 percent black pepper, you should make some and keep it in a shaker at home, use it on fries, burgers, steak, chicken, etc. We use it in a large amount of our recipes.

throw some M Jack on there along with the bacon

while that is melting add equal parts a-1 and mayo on a tortilla

One thing I learned is to make sure the tomato is not on the outside surface of the tortilla, it gets a little funky, so layer lettuce, tomatoes and then onion

slap that burger on there

and wrap it up

Now we wait

it was freaking awesome

Dipping sauce is a combination of season salt, sour cream, ketchup and horseradish, adjust the amounts for personal taste, think of the dipping sauce from outback for the blooming onions
