I used 35 % whipping cream and got a jar full of whipped cream.... so HEAVY whipping cream is pretty important

keep shaking it thiga, I think you can get seperation with it, some people will put a marble in it to keep agitating it when it gets to that point

I shook it for 10 min then put it in my ninja blender...... there was no seperation happening via shake. wouldnt a marble break the jar at some point?

I dunno, I personally have never done it, but have heard of others doing, I have used heaving whipping cream and raw milk to make better, never the 35 % you used, but I did have the heavy whipping cream really thicken like you said, as you can see in the one picture I said it almost looked like sour cream, it wasn't till about 15 minutes where I had the separation, felt like my arms were going to fall off lol

This is just fluffy whipped cream, tomorrow I will hunt for Heavy or raw milk. Im in Toronto so not great access to raw farm material
