So my wife decided she wanted a sammich for dinner, well then, I'm gonna make the bread

I put the 2.5 cups of warm water in the bowl

and dumped in 2 tbsp of yeast and sugar into it

I grabbed some flour and salt

and dumped in 5.5 cups of flour and a tsp of salt

I grabbed my olive oil

and poured in a couple tbsp

mixed it all up

and covered it with a damp cloth

and stuck it on the woodstove to proof

formed some loaves

threw them in the woodstove
